Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of TenantForge (the “Product”), a software starter kit distributed as source code. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these terms.

1. License

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, and build upon the Product’s source code, according to the tier you bought:

• Solo license — for one individual developer. Unlimited projects.
• Team license — for all developers within a single company or organization. Unlimited developers, unlimited projects.

2. What you may do

• Build and ship an unlimited number of applications with the Product, for yourself or for clients, commercial or non-commercial.
• Modify the source code freely to fit your needs.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the Product’s source code itself — whether free or paid — as a stand-alone product, template, or competing starter kit.
• Share your license or the source code with people outside the scope of your license tier.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, payment, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled fairly and in good faith. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. No warranty

The Product is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
