Refund Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
TenantForge is a digital product (source code), delivered as access to a private GitHub repository. Access is granted manually once you send your GitHub username — normally within a few hours, and always within one business day. Because you keep the source code, we handle refunds fairly and in good faith.
When you can get a refund
If TenantForge doesn’t work as described, or you can’t get it running and we aren’t able to help you fix it, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll issue a full refund.
How to request one
Email wenceslaudev@gmail.com with your order or receipt details (the email you used at checkout). We usually respond within 1–2 business days.
Good faith
Since the Product is source code that can’t be “returned”, refunds rely on good faith. Requests that appear to be an attempt to obtain the source for free may be declined.
Who processes the refund
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
